Job Title:     Donated Goods Acquisition Coordinator

To maximize the procurement of quality donated goods to support the retail operation. Ensure overall donation base is growing annually. Donation site selection and procurement of donations within Goodwill's territory. Explore alternative ways to acquire high quality donations. Stay informed of best practices of other Goodwill agencies in relation to donation acquisition strategies. Travel to other Goodwill agencies to identify best practices as needed. Identify and approach potential property owners and other organizations for donations centers, donation receptacles, donations drives, etc. Develop strategies for the implementation of new donation centers and other means of acquiring donations. Develop partnerships with any business, organization, or community where potential donations might exist. Work with the marketing department in the development of marketing and promotional material for donation sites, to include but not limited to advertising materials, public relation campaigns and promotions. Partner with ADC staff to ensure a high level of customer service is being achieved at all locations. Other duties as assigned by management.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. College Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in management, with a background in real estate, sales, or marketing.

Job Title:     Lead Dock Worker

Assist Retail Operations Manager in managing the flow of goods.  Provide leadership, organize and monitor the flow of goods being loaded and unloaded from the trucks.  Provide training for dock personnel and close monitoring of safety procedures and policies.  Complete reports accurately as assigned.  Box truck and forklift experience preferred.  Able to load and unload trucks of merchandise including clothing, household goods, furniture and applicances.  Able to use pallet jack, two-wheel dollies and four wheel carts.

To ensure that all transportation vehicles are maintained properly and to ensure safe and cost efficient vehicles.  To monitor the flow of incoming and outgoing material.  Adhere to local and state traffic regulations, such as DOT compliance. Assists Retail Operations Manager in managing the flow of goods. Train and supervise employees in procedures. Completes reports accurately as assigned. Picks up donations of furniture, appliances and household goods in residential locations. Makes Goodwill Store deliveries.  Helps unload or load trucks at dock. Maintains driving and truck records, including maintenance and mileage reports.  Keeps truck equipped with first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Responsibility for processing and entering daily Payroll paperwork for multiple Companies into software provided (currently, Ceridian).  Responsibility for checking the Payroll processing and assisting with other Payroll-related tasks.  Responsible for processing and maintaining 3 agency Commercial Bank Accounts, including the disbursements needed and the necessary entries to properly reflect this activity.  This involves invoice and check processing, recording monthly expense accruals, etc.  Responsibility for backing up the processing and data entry of all Accounts Payable invoices.   This job involves the use of Excel Spreadsheets and on-line billing.  Responsible for the review and collection of aged receivables for designated DD, specialty service, and TRC programs invoiced.  Keep up to date with the various funding sources rules and regulations concerning billable items.  Must be familiar with the detailed handling of all jobs in the Finance Office, in order to insure the timely and accurate reporting of all data needed to operate the Finance Office.  Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.  Comply with all agency policies, procedures and safety standards training throughout the work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, HIPPA and other regulatory standards.

To ensure that all accounting procedures and record keeping are in strict compliance with normal business practices, including generally accepted accounting principles and are in accordance with the standards of The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  Responsible for maintaining adequate records of all assets, liabilities and other financial transactions of the Agency.

Oversight responsibility for specialized billing activity involving City, County, State or Federal Grants or contracts awarded by these agencies to this Agency to and including equipment purchased as well as payroll related expenses being reimbursed by those governmental agencies. 

Directly supervises the Accounting Manager and therefore is responsible for all accounting positions and the payroll manager by virtue of being the chief accounting officer of the Agency. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred. Minimum of three year’s experience as a Controller.  Three to five years Public accounting experience in a regional or national firm preferred.   Working knowledge of principles of Fund Accounting as well as proficiency in using computer applications including Excel, Word and financial statement report writers.  Must have solid accounting principles background, ability to draft financial statements, including cash flow statement  and footnotes.  Must be GAAP knowledgeable with thorough knowledge of ledger accounting, consolidation principles and familiarity with budgeting and demonstrated supervisory experience.

Job Title:     Independently Licensed Mental Health Provider
