To assist in the overall operation of the Retail Operations E-Commerce Department. Perform initial sort and grading of product sent from retail stores via transportation. Select appropriate merchandise for ecommerce website(s). Utilize multiple software programs to list items for sale online. Assign correct location codes to all merchandise. Properly describe all items per website/software guidelines.
Shelve acceptable inventory into assigned location.

Facilitate and develop individualized, purposeful, and diverse goals based upon the individual’s interests, strengths, needs, and choices according to the ISP (Individualized Service Plan), IPE (Individualized Plan for Employment), and all other assessments to achieve integration in to the community and competitive employment. Facilitate person centered planning to complete individual profile used for job development. Incorporate various teaching strategies utilizing available curriculum and encompassing all areas of life domains. Model behavior to improve independence and responsibility.
Job Title: Driver/Activity Specialist I

The function of this position is to provide supervision of and assistance to participants in the Adult Day Care Program. The major focus of the position is to maintain the participants’ safety, well-being, dignity and general overall involvement in day to day activities, as well as encourage and promote independent living skills. Assist the Activities Facilitator in planning and implementing recreational, social and therapeutic activities, in accordance with program mission. State tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) required as well as a High School Diploma or a GED. Minimum two (2) years of experience working with physically and/or mentally impaired adults. Demonstrate initiative, as well as, the ability to work cohesively within a team. Successful candidate must have the ability to show care, warmth, patience, and nurturing to the target population and must be able to follow through with projects in a timely and efficient manner. The function of this position is to provide transportation to the participants within Allen Co and surrounding Counties. Assistance, as directed, within the program areas and route development is a major function of this position. Maintain the policies and procedures of GESMV. Transport participants to and from medical, non-medical appointments and job sites, as scheduled, providing door-to-door assistance. Follow established centers policy regarding participant confidentially. Accurately record daily mileage, drop off and pick up times and participants’ attendance. Must present all documentation concerning client contact, transfer receipts and other required billing documentation to the Program Coordinator or Immediate Supervisor on a daily basis.
