Job Title:   Sales Clerk/Processor
Location: Lebanon (09/28); Centerville (09/06); Troy (08/31); Outlet (08/31); Piqua (09/14)
Status:   Part-Time/Full-Time

Duties include selecting and pricing donated items to be sold in retail store. Process donations, hang clothing, operate register, and load/unload trailers. Experience in retail and operating a cash register is helpful. This job is to supervise and evaluate the nursing programs and practices in the Program Services Division of GESMV.  Supervision is required at numerous sites and facilities including in-home, day centers, worksites, stores, and group residential settings.  This position will hire, schedule, train, and evaluate nursing staff.  Clinical expertise and supervision will be a key part of this position.  This position will establish guidelines for non-license personnel responsible for patient care contact.

Minimum two (2) years of experience working with physically and/or mentally impaired adults. Demonstrate initiative, as well as, the ability to work cohesively within a team. Successful candidate must have the ability to show care, warmth, patience, and nurturing to the target population and must be able to follow through with projects in a timely and efficient manner.  Position will require the candidate to be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable driving record in order to drive a van and transport participants.

Job Title:   Car Seat Safety Coordinator

To distribute appropriate car seats to eligible customers and to provide education on general child passenger safety. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining child passenger safety certification and maintain current knowledge of child passenger safety regulations.  Participation on safety committees as necessary.  Coordinate and instruct child passenger safety classes or sessions when necessary.

Responsible for determining customer eligibility for car seats and to educate eligible customers on child passenger safety and proper use of car seats.  Candidate will be responsible for distributing appropriate car seats to eligible customers and maintaining the car seat inventory.  Responsible for Presentations in the Community and/or Trainings on Car Seat Safety to include complete documentation and reports in accordance with ODPS , ODH and or GESMV regulations and/or standards.  Responsible for ALL deliverables under any grant (s) awarded through ODPS, ODH, CMC, MVH or any other current and/or future Stakeholders.

 

Job Title:  Vision Services Specialized Job Coach

To enable customers who are visually impaired or blind to learn duties, functions and appropriate behaviors needed to maintain employment.  Develop and Market CBWA sites for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.  A Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3 years’ experience in the area of working with people with disabilities or teaching.  An awareness of and experience in training disabled individuals.  Knowledge of competitive employment work environments, policies and procedures.  Knowledge in working with individuals who have vision loss or willingness to learn.
