  • Job Search while working with one of our job coaches
  • Breakdown Barriers to employment that might keep them from reaching goals
  • Job Retention with members committing to being on the job for a year
  • Job Advancement through an individualized plan with our career advancement coaches to help increase wages and promote upward mobility

The employer partnership is a collaborative effort that provides a win-win situation for both our Star Employer and the Member.
