Young At Heart

Join us for the Young at Heart Program, where seniors come together for a vibrant community experience filled with fun activities and valuable resources. Young At Heart is hosted at our West Community Campus in Trotwood, Ohio.
A Matter of Balance
For older adults, falling can seem like a normal part of growing older, but it doesn’t have to be. A Matter of Balance not only focuses on physical health and exercise, but also on shifting participants’ mindsets to gain confidence and reduce the fear of falling.
Throughout the 8-week course, participants will learn exercises to increase strength and balance, and how to make changes to reduce fall risks at home.
A Matter of Balance is a program created by MaineHealth, with local courses provided by Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley and the Area Agency on Aging.
