Meet Rawson, Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley's 2026 Employment Independence Award winner. Rawson, who has a developmental disability, didn't let that stop him; he dreamed of getting a job and joining the workforce. Through Goodwill Easterseals' partnership with the AbilityOne program, his dream became a reality.
