We’re inviting seniors to join us on July 16th from 9 am – 2 pm to learn about available resources, share ideas and enjoy fun activities at this event
hosted by Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley at their West Campus facility in Trotwood.
Learn about community resources by exploring various organizations tailored to seniors, including health services, community programs, financial advice, and more. Whether you’re seeking information on healthcare options or looking to connect with local support networks, this is your one-stop destination.
Registration begins at 9:00 am.
Participate in fun activities:
All day – Active challenges (cornhole,table tennis, & shuffleboard)
– 90-day HealthyAging Challenge
• 10:00 am – Chair yoga
– Medication safety
• 11:00 am – Social media & smart phone education
• 12:00 pm – Crock pot cooking class
• 1:00 pm – Line dancing
– Senior Adult Day Service tour at the West Campus
• 1:30 pm – Raffle selection & giveaways!
