At Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley, we offer many different job readiness programs designed to meet the needs of our participants, whatever ability or skill set they bring.

As families grow and retirement replaces work for seniors, challenges are still part of the picture. Senior services provide solutions to the growing needs of older adults. Senior services offer the programs, support and outreach to ensure our seniors are safe, healthy, and thriving.

We want to help children in our community, particularly those with a disability, get a good start in life. We also assist teens in the transition from high school to the world of work. No matter the age or personal goals, we can play an important role in helping them achieve independence.

All of our programs promote personal growth through a variety of community activities and interactions. The individualized programs are initially built by completing person-centered planning with individuals and their teams to determine what is important to and for the individual.

Individuals with mental illness or addiction challenges need support and guidance in order to manage their lives effectively. Our programs focus on recovery and skills-training to provide a foundation for success and self-sufficiency.

These services help make everyday tasks easier for someone with a disability or other barrier and enable people to do things for themselves instead of relying on others for assistance.
