To donate a vehicle to the Goodwill Auto Donation and Auction program, please fill out and submit the form below. We will call you to confirm your donation within 24 business hours. We will schedule pickups within 24 business hours after confirmation of your title being notarized.

Goodwill Auto Auction accepts vehicles for donation if they are complete, have not been parted out, have not been severely wrecked, are accessible for pickup, and have a lien-free title. Vehicles do not need to be in running condition.

IT IS NO LONGER NECESSARY TO HAVE YOUR TITLE NOTARIZED FOR DONATIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES, MOTORCYCLES, MOTOR HOMES, AND MOPEDS.
FOR BOATS, WATERCRAFT OR CORPORATE VEHICLE DONATIONS YOU MUST HAVE THE TITLE NOTARIZED. (see below for more information)
The yellow highlighted spaces represent pieces of information that must be completed on the title when donating your vehicle to the Goodwill Auto Auction, a service of Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley.
Please check with your banking institution or credit union that you have an account with as some institutions will notarize your signature(s) at no cost to you.
Please Note: If the vehicle possesses two owners on the title, both owners must sign the title. In addition, the title can possess no other marks or "White Out". Please contact 937-228-2886 if you have any questions.
