All Goodwill Stores and Donation Centers operated by Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley along with our outlet store are NOW OPEN.
Our Stores are operating under our usual hours of 8 am – 9 pm, Monday – Saturday and 11 am – 6 pm on Sunday.
We have also designated the hours of 8 am – 9 am – Monday – Saturday (Retail Stores) and Monday – Saturday 8 p.m.- 9 p.m. (Outlet Store only) as a special hour when only our senior and most vulnerable customers can shop with us.
We have taken steps to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and donors by implementing the State of Ohio’s business reopening plan along with recommendations from the CDC and other health organizations.
These steps in our stores include adding plexiglass shields at all cash registers, implementing 6-foot social distancing throughout the store, frequent disinfecting of hard surfaces and carts, and all employees wearing masks.
For the safety of our employees and other customers and per the State of Ohio mandate, shoppers must wear masks while shopping in our stores. (Exceptions are made for individuals who have a medical condition and children two and younger.)
At all of our donation centers, attendants will be wearing masks and gloves while maintaining social distancing. Donors will have the “Pop Your Trunk” option by staying in their car while our attendant will get your items out of your vehicle’s trunk for you while maintaining social distancing. If donors would like to drop off the donations themselves without assistance from our employees there will be an on-site receptacle available during regular hours. All donations will be sanitized before being sorted and placed on our store’s sales floor.
The Goodwill Auto Auction is still accepting donations by calling 937-228 AUTO or visiting our website at goodwilldaytonauto.com. The auto auction will still remain closed for on-site auctions but vehicles ready to be sold can be viewed and bidding will take place online by clicking here.
Online shopping for clothing and unique items continues at shopgoodwill.com/dayton.
Our social enterprise of stores provides the funding and resources for thousands of individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages to acquire jobs and skills training, senior and developmental disabilities programming, child screening, along with behavioral health and many other services. We know now more than ever these programs and services are more important than ever before.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley during these challenging times.

Hi Richard,
All Goodwill’s are managed and operated in the local communities to help serve the specific community needs. Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley who you sent this comment to is actually in Dayton Oh. I looked up the PLymouth store you inquired about and it is run by Goodwill Easterseals Minnesota. Here is a link regarding their reopening plans. https://www.goodwilleasterseals.org/coronavirus
