Our staff is here Monday-Friday 10:30 am – 3:30 pm ONLY to respond to emails or phone calls. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays.

Mechanical Condition
The vehicles being auctioned are donations made to Goodwill. Goodwill has not checked the mechanical condition of any of the vehicles.

HOW TO BID AND AUCTION RULES

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE PRICES MUST BE PAID ON THE SHOP GOODWILL SITE BEFORE WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PICK UP AND FINALIZING PAPERWORK AND COLLECTING TAX/TITLE/FEES AT THE CAR LOT.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING-ONCE A BID IS ENTERED, THE BIDDER IS AGREEING TO ALL THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SET FORTH BY THE SELLER:

-ALL units are sold with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. NO REFUNDS as units are sold “AS IS“.

-Cars are not fully tested and are sold “as is” with NO RETURNS. This item may contain additional flaws or missing parts that are not apparent to the seller and therefore, not included in the listing. Please see pics for further details and BID ACCORDINGLY!!

– OUT OF STATE BUYERS should call BEFORE PLACING a bid to confirm processes for final payment, signing off on documents, and procuring transportation if sending transport for pickup instead of picking up in person.

PAYMENT-

  • BUYER MUST PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL.

*After payment of the sale price is received, we will call you to make an appointment to sign the documents/paperwork and pay the additional monies owed. Appointments are on Wednesdays ONLY.

*If the buyer cannot be reached in 3 attempts by either phone, email, or a service ticket, the vehicle and any monies paid will be considered a donation to GESMV by the bidder and the item will then be relisted.

  • IN ORDER TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE UNIT, THE BUYER WILL PAY AT THE CAR LOT:
  • TAXES for the county that YOU live in
  • $15 title fee
  • $20 processing fee
  • $50 buyers fee**

**If the buyer pays for the unit by Monday morning, 8 AM EST, following the close of the auction, the $50 buyer’s fee will be waived.

Payment date and time will be verified when the appointment date is made.

  • *If you wish to purchase a 45-day temporary tag on the day of pickup, it is an additional $20.
  • ALL PAYMENTS MADE AT THE CAR LOT FOR THE TAX/TITLE/FEES CAN BE PAID WITH CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

**SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!! IF YOU WIN THE BID AND DO NOT PAY FOR THE ITEM, YOUR HOUSEHOLD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BID ON FUTURE AUCTIONS FROM THIS SELLER. IF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER TRIES TO VIOLATE THIS POLICY AND WINS/PAYS FOR A UNIT, THE PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO GESMV AND THE UNIT WILL BE RELISTED**
