Today is Fashion Day!
If you know me and know me well, then you know I love to be fashionable. Every day I strategically chose what I’m going to wear. It doesn’t even matter if I’m going anywhere, I still put on my fashionable clothes and accessories because they make me feel good from the inside out!
What’s good about fashion, is everyone has their own sense of style. Believe it or not your own style is a statement of who you are.
As for me, when it comes to my style, I’m a chameleon. My fashion is a mixture of bling, colorful, bold and professional looking styles.
I can find something fashionable no matter what clothing store I’m in.
Working in the office often requires you to look business casual. The business casual look makes me feel empowered. Whether working on my computer at a desk, attending a meeting or preparing to take my place to present, I’m confident and comfortable.
On the weekend is when my fashion sense is in full effect.
My favorite guy and I go to a lot of places from shopping to going out to eat at restaurants. It’s during these times I like to try many looks. I think one of the best things that were created for women is leggings. I throw on a pair with a fashionable shirt and either a pair of gym shoes (usually Nikes) or a pair of sandals during the summer and I’m ready to go.
I’m big on my shirt matching my shoes so I buy shoes all the time. I never know when I’m going to run across a shirt I like and by me having a lot of shoes, nine times out of ten I already have a pair of shoes to match. And if I had to pick one thing, I like about using a scooter for mobility purposes, it would have the ability to wear all the beautiful heels and high heeled boots I want without having to walk in them.
My shoe game is so good that I have my own shoe room in my house.
When buying jeans, I only buy them if they have details on the front. Why buy jeans when all the details are on the back, which in my case, I’m sitting on my scooter so no one can see it. If you ask me that’s a waste of a good pair of jeans.
I also love rocking a good dress for they make me feel very beautiful and lady like.
I must add, none of the fashion trends complete my look, without my earrings. I honestly don’t feel completely dressed until I have a pair on. They are my fashion must haves.
As you can see, I love fashion! It doesn’t matter what season we’re in because each one brings its own fashion. No matter what you choose to wear, just make sure it’s a representation of who you are.
